    Effect of different row ratios of intercropping corn and peanut on characters and yield of peanut

    • With peanut variety "Quanhua 551" and corn variety "Mintian 208" as tested materials, the effect of different row ratios of intercropping corn and peanut on characters and yield of peanut was studied. The results showed that, when intercropping corn with peanut, different row ratios had influence on the growth and yield of peanut, and the 2:1 interplanting row ratio (peanut:corn) had higher economic benefits by 2635 RMB yuan/667 m2(39525 RMB yuan/hm2), which compared to the monoculture of peanut and corn increased by 47.92% and 24.74% respectively.
