Production modes of edible fungi in North Fujian and exploration on ecological recycling agriculture mode

Development of ecological recycling agriculture mode related to the edible fungus production, can not only solve the pollution problem in edible fungus production, but also realize the comprehensive utilization of waste and improve the economic and ecological benefits of agriculture. In this paper, the production characters of ecological cycle of edible fungus-crop interplanting, reuse of edible fungus waste and reuse of livestock and poultry waste were summarized.
