Difficulties and countermeasures of returning farmland to forest in Rongxian

This paper introduces the present situation and achievements of returning farmland to forest project in Rongxian (low hill region), analyzes the difficulties and existing problems in the process of implementing the project of returning farmland to forest, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
