Cultivation techniques of medical and timber dual-purpose forest of Taxus chinensis in mountainous area of South China

In this paper, the mountain planting technical points of medical and timber dualpurpose forest of Taxus chinensis were summarized, including selection of afforestation land, afforestation model, Seedling requirement, planting technique, tending management, timber tree determination, timber tree pruning, medicinal leaves and branches recovery and biological control of forestry harmful livings and other key technologies.
