Exploration and thought on the financial income increase of poor village in Ninghua County

Ninghua, as the pilot poverty alleviation county of Fujian, currently has 74 poor villages. In this study, we introduced the "Five promotion and three guaranty" policy, and how to integrate, revitalize, and transform the agriculture-related fund, assets and resources to increase the financial income of the poor villages in Ninghua. Meanwhile, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed on how to reduce the debt of the village, strengthen the ability of cadre, increase the supervision on "fund, assets and resources", concentrate on the responsibility implementation, and promote cooperation among departments.
