    Effect of Loquat polysaccharide on digestion characteristics and growth of goldfish

    • Effects of Loquat polysaccharide on digestion function and the structure of the digestive tract of goldfish were studied, the results showed that loquat polysaccharide could improve the digestive protease and amylase activity of goldfish while its mass concentration was 1.5 g/kg, and could improve the goldfish digestive tract lipase activity while the mass concentration was 1.0 g/kg, and could significantly increase the villous length and muscle layer thickness of goldfish digestive tract while its concentration was 1.5 g/kg in 40 d after treatment.
