Effects of low temperature stratification and exogenous hormones on the viability of lily bulb in vitro

    • Effect of low temperature stratification on the viability of lily bulb in vitro were studied by simple or compound osmotic treatment of the exogenous hormone, the results showed that exogenous hormone treatment could significantly improve the activity expression of bulblets, and the compound treatment containing GA3 component had more obvious effect than the other treatment. In production, taking the osmotic treatment of IAA 100 mg/L+6-BA 100 mg/L+GA3 50 mg/L on tube lily bulb with the deposition time exceeds 120 d in the condition of 2℃, could greatly improve the germination rate, shoot dry weight and expression activity of lily bulb, and promote its field application.
