Comparison on tissue culture seedling and artificial cultivation of Anoectochilus roxburghii form different geographical provenance

Six Anoectochilus roxburghii from different geographical provenance were comparatively analyzed in the aspects of morphological characteristics, effects of tissue culture seedling, and artificial cultivation in greenhouse, including indices of agronomic characters, biomass, resistance, etc. The results showed that Anoectochilus roxburghii from Longyan having better gloss in appearance, high yield, high resistance, and good marketing prospect, which could be widely extended in Fujian.
