Energy consumption analysis of different heat-supplying methods in biogas project of large-scale raising farm

Abstract
Taking the biogas project of a large raising farm in Putian as an example, the energy consumption analysis on four kinds of heat supplements, i.e., coal-burning boiler, biogas boiler, solar energy and waste heat utilization of biogas power generation were carried out. The results show that the heat supply mode of waste heat utilization of biogas power generation was significantly better than the other three methods in the aspects of energy consumption, operational economic benefits and carbon dioxide emission reduction. It is proposed to extend the cogeneration CHP model in large-and medium-sized biogas projects of large raising farms.
