Discussion on development condition and measures of county-level family farm——take Changtai County as an example

This paper analyzed development background, connotation and model of family farm, and considered that it need new type of business entities, stable policy safeguard and healthy rural land circulation environment to develop intensified and organized family farms. With family farm of Changtai County as an example, we put forward some measures to enhance the development of county-level family farms.
