    Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection and analysis of Vibrio cholerae in some marine products in Quanzhou City

    • Vibrio cholerae in some marine products in Quanzhou City was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, the specificity test showed that this method could selectively detect Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 group with good specificity and high sensitivity, and effectively overcome the false positives, and had great guidance on the significance of clinical examination and health inspection combined with the traditional culture method of pathogenic microorganisms. The tested results showed that both two case of detected Vibrio cholerae from tested marine products had no virulence genes CTX, but still needed to strengthen the monitoring to prevent distribution and outbreak of the disease.
