Comparison test of new qualified hybrid rice varieties as post tobacco rice

In this paper, a comparison test of eight new introduced late-maturity hybrid rice varieties was carried out in Wuping County, Fujian Province in 2016. The results showed that the yields of six varieties, including ‘Guangliangyou676’, ‘Zhongzheyou No.10’, ‘Guang8you673’, ‘Huifengyou3301’ (an unregistered line), ‘Liangyou616’ and ‘Yliangyou900’, were increased than that of ‘Yiyou115’ as control with very significant level and their comprehensive characters were remarkable. Beside of ‘Huifengyou3301’, which need to be further in trial and observed, the five other varieties could be extended to plant in local area.
