Developing status and countermeasures for rural e-commerce in An-xi County

Since 2008, rural E-commerce has been rapidly developed in An-xi County of Fujian Province, which became as ‘Chinese Top 100 County of E-commerce’. In this paper, the present situation and main problems in rural E-commerce in An'xi County were analyzed from the aspects of E-commerce course and main practice of Anxi County, and some suggestions were put forward to promote the development of E-commerce industry in An'xi.
