Study on the total flavones and dihydromyricetin contents in Ampelopsis grossedendata

    • Contents of total flavones and dihydromyricetin in different organs of three Ampelopsis grossedendata varieties, by different processing ways, and storage time were studied in order to provide references for their reasonable utilization. The results showed that significant differences of total flavones were observed in different organs of Ampelopsis grossedendata, and the highest content of total flavones was in root, the average value of which was 235.03 mg/g; The content of dihydromyricetin was the highest in leaves, which was 3.93 mg/g; and the contents of total flavones and dihydromyricetin were both the highest when dried in the sun, which were 212.74 mg/g and 4.72 mg/g, respectively. When stored for a year, the average total flavones content in leaves of Ampelopsis grossedendata peaked in average at 192.82 mg/g, and the average dihydromyricetin content peaked at 14.42 mg/g when stored for 2 years.
