Comparison analysis on cost between full automatic and traditional culture of meat pigeon

Abstract
In this paper, a comparison analysis on labor using, waste of feed, daily laying rate, survival rate of young pigeon, weight in marketing, fertility rate and hatchability of eggs was carried out. The results showed that there are more inputs and less labor and feed in the early period of full automatic culture of meat pigeon than in traditional culture. Full automatic culture showed remarkable advantages in saving cost and improving production efficiency.
