    A screening test for the lettuce varieties suitable to grow in plant factory with LED light

    • Under the condition of soilless cultivation in plant factory with LED light, a comparative test on 6 lettuce varieties was carried out. The results showed that the yield of lettuce ‘Siji’ was the highest, followed by lettuce ‘Nongyousanyuan’, purple leaf lettuce and Italy lettuce respectively. These 4 varieties were all suitable to grow in the environment of soilless cultivation in plant factory with LED light.
