Risk assessment of typhoon disaster for crops in Fuzhou City

Based on the data of typhoon affected area and disaster area of agricultural production in Fuzhou during 2001-2016, the changing trend of typhoon disaster and its effects on agriculture were analyzed, and the risk assessment was evaluated. The results showed that the inter-annual fluctuation of typhoon affected index and disaster index for crops were basically in accordance; the risk probabilities of typhoon affected area and disaster area were decreased as risk level increasing, and the risk probabilities of typhoon affected area was higher than that of typhoon disaster area.
