Formula Test of Light Substrate for Eggplant Plug Seedling

Different combination formula of turfy soil, vermiculite, and perlite were set up for eggplant seedling test. The results showed that the treatment c (turf∶vermiculite∶perlite=6∶2∶2) could significantly increase the plant height, stem diameter, and root system width of eggplant, and could achieve the highest seedling index. The plant height, stem diameter, dry weight of root system and dry weight of whole plant of eggplant seedlings had significant or very significant positive correlation with seedling index.
