Evaluation on the Scientific Research Achievements of Seed Industry in Fujian Province and Discussion on Its Transaction

Evaluation and transaction of scientific research results of seed industry is helpful to transform scientific research achievements into actual productivity. By expounding the status of evaluation and transaction of scientific research achievements of seed industry home and abroad, as well as the three main manners for domestic research achievement trade in seed industry, the current status and problems were deeply discussed from aspects of effectiveness, existing problems, necessity and urgency. And several proposals for promoting the evaluation and trading of scientific research achievements of seed industry in Fujian province were put forward.
