Cultivation Techniques of Yellow Morel (Morchella Esculenta) in Grape Greenhouse

Interplanting of yellow morel in grape greenhouse had advantages of high yield and good economic benefits. The grape growers in Fu'an City, Fujian Province inter-planted of yellow morel in grape greenhouse during deciduous and dormant period of grape in winter and spring. It could take full use of slack seasons, improve output per field, reduce cost in the early stage and increase agricultural income and is a short-term, adaptable and rapid program. In this paper, advantages and disadvantages of interplanting of yellow morel in grape greenhouse were analyzed and summarized. Its cultivation techniques including variety selection, planting time arrangement, sunshade net establishment, regulation of temperature and humidity and control of diseases and pests.
