    Industrialized Bag Cultivation Technology for Seafood Mushroom (Hypsizygus marmoreus)

    • Seafood mushroom (Hypsizygus marmoreus) is a new and rare variety of edible fungus, which has delicious taste and is welcome to the market. The production process for bag mushroom cultivation of seafood mushroom was introduced. From the cultivation process, i.e. the preparation of culture inoculum, the formulation of cultivation materials, the cultivation of hyphae, the mushroom-budding management and the post-harvest packaging, the bag cultivation technique for industrialized seafood mushroom cultivation were summarized.
