    Construction of Food Safety Platform for Full-Supplying Chains of Fresh Agricultural Products in Fujian Province

    • The quality and safety of fresh agricultural product is of great importance. By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the food safety platform construction for the full supplying chain, the content of the construction of food safety platform for the full supplying chain in Fujian Province were introduced, it includes the construction of the overall framework, supplying chain information system, traceability information system and whole-process supervision system. Then the social and economic benefits of the platform construction were analyzed, and 4 safeguard measures were finally put forward.
