    Study on High-yielding Cultivated Techniques of Pod Pepper in High Altitude Mountainous Area

    • The pod pepper was traditionally planted in Xiling Township of Pingnan County and was suitable for local high altitude climate. The output of fresh pepper was 1 800-2 200 kg/667 m2, and the output value was 6 800-12 500 RMByuan/667 m2. In this paper, the high-yielding cultivated techniques on pod pepper under local conditions were summarized, including seed treatment, sowing and breeding, field fertilization, transplanting and field planting, field management, pest control and so on.
