Abstract
Glucose, a basic nutrient substrate, was added to the soil to observe the dynamic changes of soil CO2 released at different glucose levels and in different time. The results showed that with the increase of the adding amount of glucose, the release amount CO2 in orchard soil increased first and then decreased, and the release amount of CO2 reached the peak when the glucose was added to 12 g·L-1. Within the culture of 5 h, the release amount of CO2 of soil under each treatment of adding glucose increased with the prolongation of culture time, and reached the peak at 3 h after culture.
