Practice and Reflection on Poverty Alleviation in Xibian Village Makeng Town Zhouning County

Through the practice of staying at village and poverty alleviation for one year, the labor force, the characters of agricultural industry and exiting problems in Xibian Villiage were analyzed, and has achieved preliminary success in strengthening the construction of the party organization, promoting the actual project, improving the development of the rural economy and helping the poor. At the same time, some considerations on the further development of Xibian Villiage were put forward, including cultivating young backbone to do well the work of party construction at the village level, promoting the characteristic breeding under local conditions, project driving to strengthen the collective economy of the village.
