Development Countermeasure for Rural Collective Economy under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

It is imperative to develop rural collective economy under the background of rural revitalization strategy of China. Facing the urgent problems of rural collective economy, four countermeasures, including the reform of the property rights system, the gathering of high-efficiency production elements, the rational distribution of running income, and the strengthening efforts on supervision and anti-corruption, were proposed to accelerate the development of rural collective economy.
