Present Situation and Suggestions on the Construction of Traceability System for Aquatic Product Quality and Safety in Jinjiang City

More and more attention has been paid to the quality and safety of aquatic products. Building a traceability system is one of the effective means to solve the quality and safety of aquatic products. Based on the investigation of the quality and safety of aquatic products in Jinjiang City and the actual situation of the construction of the traceability system by local enterprises, some suggestions in the construction status of the tracing system for quality and safety of aquatic products at grassroots level were put forward this paper.
