    Investigation and Analysis on Fertilization Status of Four Main Crops of Large-scale Planters in Fujian Province

    • In order to understand the application status of chemical fertilizer for four main crops of large-scale planters in Fujian Province, 3 counties in each Prefecture and 32 large-scale planters in each county were selected for investigation. At the same time, the recommended amount and frequency of fertilization for four main crops were investigated by inquiring soil fertilizer experts. The results showed that the average application amount of chemical fertilizer was 379.4 kg·hm-2 for rice, 321.5 kg·hm-2 for tea, 955.9 kg·hm-2 for citrus and 553.8 kg·hm-2 for cabbage. In terms of fertilizer input, the proportion of moderate level of fertilizer input for rice, tea, citrus and cabbage was 34.4%, 11.9%, 18.6% and 62.5%, respectively. The proportion of three times of fertilization (recommended fertilization frequency) for rice, tea, orange and cabbage was 34.4%, 84.8%, 78.1% and 75.0%, respectively.
