    Processing Technology of Anemone Roxburghii In-vitro

    • Anemone roxburghii is a new variety of Anemone roxburghii bred independently by Crop Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Its leaves colored dark green with golden yellow, which formed an obvious contrast of colors and have a high ornamental value. It especially suit for the development and application of in-vitro flowers. In this paper, the in-vitro process technology of Anemone roxburghii were summarized from the aspects of obtaining sterile materials, selection and sterilization of culture containers, preparation of culture medium, sterilization and packing, inoculation and culture of in-vitro technology.
