Introduction of New Peanut Varieties with High Oleic Acid

In order to screen new peanut varieties with high oleic acid suitable for cultivation in Fuqing City, eight new peanut varieties with high oleic acid were introduced in Fuqing City in 2018 for yield and character identification. The results showed that the yield of Jihua 13, Quanhua 13, Quanhua 14, Quanhua 15 and Jihua 16 increased significantly to compare with the control Quanhua 7, and their agronomic characteristics performed better and they were suitable for further demonstration in Fuqing City. And the yield of Kainong 176 and Quanhua 16 had less increase to compare with the control Quanhua 7, so they were suggested to be continued participating in further experiment. The yield of Kainong 1715 decreased significantly to compare with the control Quanhua 7, so it was not suitable to popularize in Fuqing City.
