    Cultivation Techniques of the Termitomyces Albuminosas Using Factory Facilities

    • The Termitomyces albuminosas is a kind of edible fungus with rich nutrition, rich in a variety of amino acids, and is one of edible fungi for both food and medicine. Shunchang Xinjundu Mushroom Industry Development Co., Ltd. of Fujian Province successfully introduced the Termitomyces albuminosas in 2016. Based on the production practice, the cultivation techniques for the Termitomyces albuminosas using factory facilities were summarized from the aspects of cultivation season, site selection, bagging management, mycelium growth management, fruitbody emergence management and harvesting and processing, and so on.
