Design and Implementation of Automatic Sorting Control System for Fruit Size of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. ‘Fuju’

In order to reduce labor cost in ‘Fuju’ fruit sorting, improve sorting efficiency and accuracy, Weikong LEVI777A-type touch screen as human-machine interface and Delta DVP12SA211T-type programmble controller as donating core were used to develop a set of automatic sorting control system for fruit size based on machine vision. The control system had merits of stable operation, simple operation and friendly man-machine interface. It could make fruit size of ‘Fuju’ automatic sorting, effectively improve sorting efficiency and accuracy and lowering labor cost. It had excellent scientific research and economic value.
