    Design and Implementation of Automatic Sorting Control System for Fruit Size of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. ‘Fuju’

    • In order to reduce labor cost in ‘Fuju’ fruit sorting, improve sorting efficiency and accuracy, Weikong LEVI777A-type touch screen as human-machine interface and Delta DVP12SA211T-type programmble controller as donating core were used to develop a set of automatic sorting control system for fruit size based on machine vision. The control system had merits of stable operation, simple operation and friendly man-machine interface. It could make fruit size of ‘Fuju’ automatic sorting, effectively improve sorting efficiency and accuracy and lowering labor cost. It had excellent scientific research and economic value.
