    Review on Carbon Cycle of Economic Forest Ecosystem in Tropical and Subtropical Red Soil Regions

    • Global climate change is closely related to the carbon cycle of forest ecosystems. In this paper, the research status on carbon cycle characteristics of economic forest ecosystem in tropical and subtropical red soil regions of China were reviewed, as well as the effects of climate factors, change of land use and management disturbance on carbon cycle. And the future development direction of economic forest ecosystem was prospected. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the application of GIS technology in the study of carbon cycle of economic forest ecosystems and the evaluation of the effect of different management measures on the emission mitigation and sink enhancement of economic forest ecosystems under different regional conditions.
