Field Efficacy of Five Fungicides Against Anthracnose in Dioscorea Opposita Thunb

Abstract
In order to screen the suitable agents for controlling anthracnose in Dioscorea opposita Thunb, five fungicides were used for the field efficacy trial. The results showed that 1 000-fold solution of 10% difenoconazole WDG had the best control effect on anthracnose in Dioscorea opposita Thunb. The control effect of 7 days and 14 days after treatment could reach 86.86% and 77.04% respectively. 900-fold solution of 80% mancozeb WP also had better control effect. 7 days and 14 days after treatment, they could reach 79.63% and 67.79% respectively. The combination of 80% mancozeb WP and 10% difenoconazole WDG could be used to control anthracnose in Dioscorea opposita Thunb in Quanzhou area.
