    Field Efficacy of Five Fungicides Against Anthracnose in Dioscorea Opposita Thunb

    • In order to screen the suitable agents for controlling anthracnose in Dioscorea opposita Thunb, five fungicides were used for the field efficacy trial. The results showed that 1 000-fold solution of 10% difenoconazole WDG had the best control effect on anthracnose in Dioscorea opposita Thunb. The control effect of 7 days and 14 days after treatment could reach 86.86% and 77.04% respectively. 900-fold solution of 80% mancozeb WP also had better control effect. 7 days and 14 days after treatment, they could reach 79.63% and 67.79% respectively. The combination of 80% mancozeb WP and 10% difenoconazole WDG could be used to control anthracnose in Dioscorea opposita Thunb in Quanzhou area.
