Research Advance on the Pharmacological Efficacy of Myrciaria Cauliflora Berg

Myrciaria Cauliflora Berg is rich in anthocyanin, gallic acid, rutin and other polyphenols, belonging to the Myrtaceae family.It has many pharmacological effects, such as antioxidation, hypolipidemic, antibacterial, hypoglycemic, anticancer and so on. Other parts of the plant, such as roots, stems, leaves, also show certain antioxidant and in vitro hypoglycemic effects. The pharmacological efficacy of Myrciaria Cauliflora Berg was summarized by consulting domestic and foreign literature.
