Long-term Mechanism and Development Countermeasures of Technological Personnel Serving Enterprises

Talents are the basis of building a national scientific and technological innovation system. This paper put forward the long-term mechanism of technological personnel serving enterprises from the aspects of orientation, selection, incentive, distribution, training and assessment, also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening organization and implementation, exerting the guidance function of government, strengthening university support, strengthening cooperation and innovation, strengthening intermediary service, perfecting service system, strengthening technology market and adjusting allocation effectively.
