Research on the Status and Countermeasures of the Transfer of Rural Land Contract Management Right in Quanzhou City

The status and problems of land contract management right in Quanzhou City were analyzed through investigation. Some problems in the transferring of rural land contract management right were found, such as inappropriate positioning of local government, non-standard transferring procedures, irregular intermediary institutions, and the use of contracted land for non-agricultural construction. Based on the actual situation in Quanzhou City, the countermeasures to promote the transfer of land contractual management right were put forward.
