High-yield Cultivation and Seed Production Techniques of New Hybrid Rice Variety Fulongliangyou 1031

A new two-line hybrid rice combination Fulongliangyou 1031 was bred by crossing between high-quality photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile line Fulong S2 and strong restoring line Longhui 1031, which was developed by Agricultural Science Institute of Longyan and had advantages including high and stable yield, good grain quality, strong resistance, wide adaptability, etc. And the variety was examined and approved by Fujian Crop Variety Examination and Approval Committee in June 2015. The characteristics of Fulongliangyou 1031 and its parents were introduced in this paper, as well as its high-yield cultivation technique. Then, the seed production techniques of Fulongliangyou 1031 were summarized according to the characteristics of the parents of Fulongliangyou 1031.
