Abstract
In order to study the effect of organic acid salts on soil aluminum activity and the growth and mineral element absorption of Chinese fir seedlings, the annual Chinese fir seedlings were used as the materials of soil pot experiment to determine the changes of soil acidity, soil exchangeable aluminum content, the growth index and the contents of aluminum and mineral element of Chinese fir seedlings. The results showed that:When the organic acid salts were added, the pH value of soil increased and the content of soil exchangeable aluminum decreased significantly. The organic acid salts inhibited the height and basal diameter growth of Chinese fir seedlings, and the accumulation of aluminum in Chinese fir seedlings and the distribution of aluminum in the leaves showed an increasing trend. The organic acid salts had different effects on the absorption of mineral elements in Chinese fir. The content of magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, zinc and manganese in Chinese fir seedlings decreased, while the content of calcium and iron in the roots and leaves of Chinese fir treated with sodium citrate, sodium oxalate and sodium tartrate increased.
