Effects of Resoiling with Green Manure on Organic Carbon Components in Red Soil

    • A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different green fertilizer dosage on organic carbon components in red soil planted with fruit trees. The results showed that the contents of total organic carbon, light fraction organic carbon, dissolved organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon in the soil treated with green manure respectively increased by 35.75%-154.69%, 161.04%-289.99%, 87.06%-255.39%, 96.36%-175.87% compared with the treatment without fertilizer, and respectively increased by 21.97%-128.83%, 63.41%-144.14%, 31.97%-150.72%, 47.02%-105.56%, compared with the treatment with singal application of chemical fertilizer. Moreover, the growth rate of ight fraction organic carbon, dissolved organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon in soil was significantly higher than that of total organic carbon in soil, indicating that resoiling with green fertilizer was beneficial to the accumulation of active components of soil organic carbon.
