Abstract
In order to screen out the high-yield and disease-resistant varieties of non-heading Chinese cabbage that were suitable for summer and autumn cultivation in Fujian Province, by taking the main cultivars of non-heading Chinese cabbage in Fujian, namely Jinpin 1 xia, Black rose and Xialvfei as the control, a variety comparative experiment was carried out on 3 combinations (123, 226, 227) of non-heading Chinese cabbage bred by Fuzhou Institute of Vegetable Science, in order to investigate the agronomic characters, yield and disease resistance of the new combinations of non-heading Chinese cabbage. And the resistance identification tests of soft rot and black rot at the seedling stage were also carried out in the laboratory. The results showed that the yield of the combinations (123, 226, 227) of non-heading Chinese cabbage was 1 561, 1 774, 1 808 kg per 667 m2 respectively, which had certain advantages or was equivalent to that of the control group, namely Jinpin 1 xia, Black rose and Xialvfei. The comprehensive characters were better, and the ratio of leaf to petiole was closer to the golden ratio of 1∶1 than that of the control group, namely Jinpin 1 xia, Black rose and Xialvfei, with wide and thick leaves, and strong disease resistance. In the indoor disease resistance identification test, the disease index of soft rot in the combination of 123, 226, 227 was respectively 39.26, 79.26 and 72.59, while the disease index of black rot was respectively 49.44, 48.33 and 41.1, which showed better disease resistance than the control group, namely Jinpin 1 xia, Black rose and Xialvfei. In conclusion, the new combinations (123, 226, 227) of non-heading Chinese cabbage had good commercial characteistics, disease resistance and high yield, which could be promoted as the varieties for summer and autumn cultivation in Fujian Province.
