Occurrence Status of Banana Wilt in Guangxi and Its Prevention and Control Measures

The banana industry was one of the pillar industries of characteristic agricultural economic development in Guangxi, and the banana wilt was the most serious disease that harmed the industrial development at present. In this paper, the status of banana planting and seedling production in Guangxi and the harmful course of banana wilt were expounded, and then the present situation of banana wilt in the main producing areas in Guangxi was investigated and analyzed. Finally, the main measures and effects for the prevention and control of banana wilt in Guangxi were introduced, so as to provide references for the development of banana planting industry and the prevention and control of banana wilt.
