Research Progress on Tip Meristem Virus-free Culture Technology of Sweet Potato

It is an effective method to control the sweet potato virus disease by using the tip meristem culture technology to cultivate virus-free sweet potato seedlings. The research progress and development trend of tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato were summarized from the aspects of the occurrence of sweet potato virus disease, the development and influencing factors of sweet potato tip meristem virus-free culture technology. Then, the main problems existing in the tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato were analyzed. Last, the main research direction of tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato was prospected in order to provide reference for the research and application of tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato.
