Abstract
In order to explore the techniques of cultivating Ganoderma lucidum in different stand types, the experiment of interplanting Ganoderma lucidum in four different stand types, namely Masson pine forest, bamboo forest, broadleaf forest and Chinese fir forest, was carried out by taking Ganoderma lucidum as the test material, thus to study and analyze the effects of the 4 bionics wild cultivation patterns on the morphological characteristics, main active components of fruiting bodies and heavy metal content of Ganoderma lucidum. The results showed that the bionics wild cultivation patterns of four stand types had significant effects on the morphological characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum and the material content of fruiting bodies. The stipe length and pileus thickness of Ganoderma lucidum interplanted under the broadleaf forest were the largest, which were (9.61±0.16) cm and (16.36±0.44) mm, respectively; The contents of triterpene acids, crude protein and crude fat were the highest, which were (0.58±0.03)%, (22.53±0.33)% and (15.31±0.20)%, respectively. The stipe diameter and pileus diameter of Ganoderma lucidum interplanted under the Chinese fir forest were the largest, which were (12.61±0.22) mm and (11.77±0.08) mm, respectively; The contents of flavonoids and total sugar were the highest, which were (0.76±0.02)% and (1.24±0.09)%, respectively; In addition to the lead content, the contents of the heavy metals such as cadmium, arsenic and mercury were all low. Based on the comprehensive analysis, the morphological characteristics and quality of Ganoderma lucidum interplanted under the broadleaf forest and Chinese fir forest were better, and the contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury in Ganoderma lucidum were all in accordance with the limit standard of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.
