Analysis on the Construction of Traceability System for the Quality and Safety of Aquatic Products in Fujian Province

In recent years, the quality and safety of aquatic products has attracted the attention of all sectors of the society. The traceability system records the information of aquatic products in each link from production to sales, which is an effective way to realize the quality and safety traceability management of aquatic products for the whole process from farmland to dining table. On the basis of expounding the construction status of the quality and safety traceability system for aquatic products in Fujian Province, the significance of establishing and improving the traceability system of aquatic products and its existing problems were analyzed. Then, the countermeasures for accelerating the construction of traceability system of aquatic products were put forward, aiming to provide reference for the supervision department of aquatic products to formulate relevant policies and measures.
