Abstract
In order to provide reference for the variety selection of potato industrial development in Nan'an City, the winter cropping adaptability test of Quanyun No.3 was carried out in Nan'an City with Zihua 851 as the control group. The results showed that the tuber weight per plant of Quanyun No'3 was 631.0 g, which was better than that of the control group (539.0 g), and the yield of Quanyun No.3 was 37 860.0 kg·hm-2, which was 11.71% higher than that of the control group. The main reasons for the high yield of tubers were the slow senescence of stems and leaves in the middle and late growth period, the stronger ability of photosynthetic material distribution and the rapid expansion of tubers. The resistance in field of Quanyun No.3 was stronger than that of the control group, being resistant to late blight, and highly resistant to early blight, and the incidence rate of leaf roll virus and severe mosaic virus were both lower than that of the control group. The tuber quality was suitable for the processing of puffed potato chips (the control group was suitable for the steamed food), the input-output ratio was 1:2.05 (the control group was 1:1.63), and the new efficacy was 20 562.00 元·hm-2 compared with that of the control group.
