    Effect of Waste Heat Recovery Device of Air Source Heat Pump on the Energy Consumption of Tobacco Leaf Curing

    • In the process of tobacco leaf curing, a large amount of high temperature moisture in the tobacco leaf loading chamber was discharged out of the bulk curing barn with the exchange of airflow, resulting in a large amount of heat loss. Based on the characteristics of heat transfer with the air source heat pump, a set of waste heat recovery device of air source heat pump was added on the basis of the original biomass fuel heating equipment, and then the auxiliary heating was carried out under the heating mode of curing the original biomass fuel with tobacco leaves. The results showed that by using the double-system flue-cured tobacco heating supply system, the cost of curing the lower leaf dry tobacco was reduced by 18.1%, and the cost of curing the middle leaf dry tobacco was reduced by 22.9%, while the cost of curing the upper leaf dry tobacco was reduced by 19%, showing obvious energy-saving effect. The usage cost of this equipment was 500 yuan per year, and the cost of curing could be saved 1 470 yuan per year. The system realized the waste heat recovery of the curing barn without changing the original curing technology, which had reference significance to enrich the heat supply of flue-cured tobacco in multiple ways.
