Practice and Thinking of the Management of Scientific Research Archives on Promoting Agricultural Scientific and Technological Innovation——A Case Study of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Scientific research archives contained rich information resources. With the development of the times, their function of promoting the scientific and technological innovation is increasingly enhanced. By taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, through illustrating the value of scientific research archives in agricultural scientific and technological innovation and the achievements achieved in promoting the scientific and technological innovation cases, some countermeasures were put forward for the management of scientific research archives, including building a high-quality management team, perfecting the management and supervision mechanism of archives, streng thening the comprehensive development and utilization of archives and speeding up the process of archives informatization construction, thus to provide theoretical basis and practical model for the agricultural research institutes to better serve the scientific and technological innovation by using the scientific research archives.
