Abstract
Bacillus tequilensis had good application prospect in the field of microbial fermentation bed. The analysis of the functional materials produced by the metabolism of this strain would provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of functional strains. One strain of Bacillus tequilensis FJAT-49377 which was isolated from the fermentation bed for pig raising was used as the experimental material to detect the fermentation products by LC-Q/TOF-MS technology. After the extraction of molecular feature, the mass spectrometry data were compared with the Metlin database to obtain the component information of the metabolites. The results showed that 24 metabolites were determined from Bacillus tequilensis FJAT-49377, including lipopeptides, sphingolipids, fatty acid amines, antibiotics and tripeptides, among which there were 16 highly matched components (matching score≥90), including dihydroneurosphine, phytosphingosine, surfactin, Udamycin B, etc. Among the highly matched components, there were 4 components with the relative content≥0.5 %, which were 2,6-diamino-7-hydroxy-nonadiic acid (matching score of 96.32 points, relative content of 1.01%), 3-oxo-5S-amino-hexanoic acid (matching score of 98.90 points, relative content of 0.88%), surfactin (matching score of 90.47 points, relative content of 0.86%), and guanidine-precursor clavulanate (matching score of 91.69 points, relative content of 0.61%).
