    Identification and Analysis of Flower Color Traits of 20 Germplasm Resources of Antirrhinum majus

    • In order to analyze the flower color traits of Antirrhinum majus germplasm and develop the test guidelines for the new varieties of Antirrhinum majus, by collecting the germplasm and carrying out the planting experiment, several main traits related to the flower color of Antirrhinum majus in the same cycle were observed and identified, and the different performances of each trait were classified and graded. The results showed that by comparing the RHS colorimetric cards, the overall dominant color of Antirrhinum majus germplasm flowers was divided into 10 categories, the dominant color of the labium base was divided into 8 categories, the spot dominant color of the labium base was divided into 3 categories, the color intensity of stamen anthocyanin was divided into 3 levels, and the dominant color of the stamen was divided into 3 categories. It was found that the color intensity of stamen anthocyanin, the dominant color of stamen and the purple degree of stamen were relatively consistent within the species and showed obvious differences among the species, which could be used as the candidate traits for the guide of Antirrhinum majus.
